*Before registering, please visit www.usalacrosse.com to register your child as a member. The member ID is needed for registration. There is a $30 fee to join.

Scoopers: Age 4, Pre-K and Kindergarten ($85)

*8U (1st and 2nd grades) ($120)

*10U (3rd and 4th grades)($120)

*12U (5th and 6th grades) ($120)

*14U (7th and 8th grades) ($120)

*Registration fee includes a reversible jersey, shooter shirt and game shorts that players will keep. The fee also helps with referee fees, field use fees, awards, end of year banquet, equipment such as balls and med kits among other supplies needed to run the program.
